Meet Deniss, our incredible Head Chef, who has been with us since day one, bringing his outstanding culinary skills together with the enthusiasm and passion that fuel them.
Deniss is not only a great cook – he is a true hard worker, a great leader, and a great friend to all of us.
Since childhood, Deniss has been passionate about experimenting with different flavours, quickly realizing that cooking was more than just a passion – it was the career he wanted to pursue. His professional journey took off right after university, working in some of Latvia’s top hotels and restaurants, where he quickly rose to the roles of Head Chef and Cluster Chef.
Throughout his career, he had the chance to work alongside Michelin-starred chefs, gaining valuable knowledge and experience along the way. Becoming a member of the Latvain Chefs’ Club association, he has taken part in some of the world’s most prestigious cooking competitions, supporting Latvia’s teams at the Worldchefs Congres 2024 in Singapore, the Bocuse d’Or Europe 2024 in Norway, and the Bocuse d’Or Grand Finale in France.

“I love the dynamic and creative world of food and hospitality. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m still surrounded by the world of food - watching cooking shows, reading, and always looking for new inspiration. But above all, nothing makes me happier than spending time with my wonderful family, who keep me grounded and always inspire me.
What truly drives me is taking on new challenges and seeing them through. Yet, nothing is more rewarding than hearing our clients' appreciation - that’s what makes it all worth it. None of this would be possible without my incredible team. They’ve stood by my side for years, and for that, I’m truly grateful. Together, we keep growing, pushing boundaries, and achieving more every day.”
